North Carolina is now in the midst of Hurricane Florence. They are expected to see as much as 10 TRILLION gallons of rain. Puerto Rico is still in recovery, so how will this time match up?

Funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Coast Guard, and other agencies was funneled AWAY from life-saving activities. Where did it go? To detain children in immigration camps, of course!
